SIMERSON, Ronald Lee – Of Clio, age 83, passed away Sunday, December 1, 2019.
A memorial service will be held 1pm Sunday, December 15, 2019 at Living Word Church, 6376 West Mt. Morris Road, Mt. Morris.
Ronald was born on September 22, 1936, son of the late Ronald W and Margaret Simerson. On September 8, 1962, he married Sarah Ballreich and she preceded him in death in 2011. They were married 49 years and had 3 wonderful daughters together. Ronald was a Supervisor for 30 years with General Motors and was a Free Mason. He married his wife, Evelyn (Little) Simerson on December 31, 2012, who was a wonderful partner and loving spouse.
Surviving Ronald are wife, Evelyn;
daughters, Cheryl Simerson-Sanders, Robin (Chris) Surmacz, Gail (Ed) Ruperd;
9 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren.
Ronald was preceded in death by 2 sisters, Lois Thornton and Joan Willet.
