BERNAT, Judy Ann – of Burton, age 61, passed away peacefully on October 30, 2014 at Genesys Health Park after a battle with stomach cancer since August. Cremation has taken place. A Memorial Service will be held at 4 PM Saturday, November 1, 2014 at Allen Funeral Home, 9136 Davison Rd., Davison; Pastor Sarah LaRose-Nettell officiating. Visitation will be from 12 NOON until time of service on Saturday. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family.
Judy was born in Hayti, Missouri on December 17, 1952, daughter of the late John and Martha (Miller) Jerrolds. She graduated from Bentley High School in 1971. Judy loved to sing Patsy Cline karaoke and enjoyed having a good time and laughing. She worked at Art Van for 15 years.
Judy is survived by her children, Monica (Duffy) Bernat Chevrette and Trenton (Laura) Bernat; granddaughters, Alexis and Olivia Johnson, Riley and Reagan Bernat; three newly step grandsons, Garrett, Mathieu and Alex Chevrette; siblings, Sonya Kellams, Raina (Brad) Keskinen and Danny Hobert Jerrolds; many other family members. She was preceded in death by the father of her children and her one and only true love, Larry Bernat.
