Rajewski, Eleanor M. (Kloha) - loving wife and mother of three children – of Birch Run, age 82, passed away Saturday, October 12, 2019, at her residence. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in memory of Eleanor at 10:00 AM, Tuesday, October 15, 2019, at Saints Francis and Clare Catholic Church in Birch Run. Burial to follow in Birch Run Cemetery. The family will receive visitors at the O’Guinn Family Funeral Home in Clio on Monday from 1-8 PM and at the church on Tuesday from 9 AM until the time of mass at 10AM. Luncheon at Knights of Columbus Hall, Birch Run will follow burial.
Eleanor was born March 9, 1937, in Bay City to the late Clarence and Isabelle (Coyer) Kloha. She had resided in the Burt – Birch Run area most of her life. Eleanor married Donald Rajewski on February 23, 1963. They raised a son, Jeffrey, and two daughters, Pamela and Nancy. She was a loving mother and homemaker. Eleanor was a remarkable cook and enjoyed baking for her family and friends – especially for holidays and special celebrations. She had a passion for bingo, casinos, bowling, and playing cards. She also loved camping and spending time with her family. For several years, Eleanor traveled to Florida during the Michigan winters to warm up and enjoy her friends. She was a member of Saints Francis and Clare Parish (formerly Sacred Heart) in Birch Run for several years.
Surviving are: Husband, Donald; 3 children: Jeffrey (Leeann) Rajewski, Pamela Hopkins, and Nancy (Darell) Mitchell. She will be forever remembered by her 7 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, sister, Pat Kloha, her brother Jim Kloha, several nieces and nephews and the rest of her relatives and friends.
