MURDOCK, Jeanine Marie. – of Flushing, age 58, died Wednesday, March 6, 2019 at her residence with family by her side. Honoring her wishes, cremation has taken place. A celebration of Jeanine’s life will be held at 4PM Saturday, March 9, 2019 at the O’Guinn Family Funeral Home in Montrose. The family will receive visitors at the funeral home on Saturday from 2PM until the time of service at 4PM. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Jeanine’s Husband, Lawrence Murdock, for their grandchildren’s college fund.
Jeanine was born November 12, 1960 in Saginaw, Michigan to the late Fred and Barbara (Evans) Cartier. She married Lawrence C. Murdock on February 7, 1986 in Flushing. Jeanine enjoyed attending sporting evens with her daughter, camping, and sitting on her front porch drinking Coca-Cola. She also enjoyed lunch dates and traveling with her sisters. Above all, Jeanine loved spending time with her husband, daughter, grandchildren, family and friends. She will be greatly missed.
Surviving are: Husband, Lawrence Murdock; Daughter, Barbara Jean (Corey) Miller; Grandchildren: Wren, Logan, and Declan Miller; Siblings: James (Dawn) Cartier, Mary Jo Meir, Peggy (Randy) Huber, and Lisa Cartier; Stepsister, Karen (Tim) Wolter; Step mother, Grace Cartier; Father in law, Lawrence C. Murdock Sr.; Sisters in law: Debbie Cartier, Beth Cartier, Vicky (Mike) Stocia, and Pam (Mark) Wilson; Brother in law, Craig (Phyllis) Murdock; Best friend, Mary Cox; Many nieces, nephews, other loving family members and dear friends. Jeanine was also preceded in death by: Brother: Mike Cartier, Paul Cartier, Bob Cartier, Steve Cartier, and Vinnie Cartier-Powell; Mother in law, Betty Murdock.
