Richardson, Mr. John William III age-66 passed away Friday November 9, 2012 at Genesys Health Park. Funeral services will be held at 11am Friday November 16, 2012 from the chapel of the Martin J. Banks Funeral Home 307 E. Third St. Rev. Gregory Hare officiating. Interment Great Lakes National Cemetery 4100 Belford Rd. Holly, MI. Friends and pallbearers will assemble at the funeral home 10:30am Friday for visitation. Mr. Richardson now repose in the chapel of the Martin J.Banks Funeral Home and may be viewed until 8pm Thursday evening. Mr. John William Richardson III was born May 1, 1946, to parents Essie and the late John William Richardson II in Flint, MI. After graduating from high school he served in the United States Army. John was a life-long resident of Flint and enjoyed fishing and was an avid reader. John is survived by his daughter, Angela Thompson of Washington, D.C.; son, John William Richardson IV of Troy, MI; mother, Essie Lattimore of Flint, MI; siblings, Suzanne (Willie) Foster of Baltimore, MD, Nancy (Elihue) Bronson of Topeka, KS, Roxanne Richardson of Beltsville, MD, Deborah (Rudolph) Collins of Flint, MI, Jason Richardson of Atlanta, GA, Michael Richardson of Southfield, MI, David Richardson and Gregory Richardson both of Flint, MI.
