MUELLER, Marty - Of Swartz Creek, age 54, died Saturday, September 21, 2019 at his residence.
Funeral service will be held 12pm Wednesday, September 25, 2019 at First Flint Seventh-Day Adventist Church, G-4285 Beecher Road, Flint.
Pastor Tony Messer officiating.
Burial in Sunset Hills Cemetery.
Contributions may be made to First Flint Seventh-Day Adventist Church or The Humane Society of Genesee County.
Visitation 12noon-2pm and 4-8pm Tuesday at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road, Flint. Visitation 11am Wednesday at church until the time of the service.
Marty was born in Flint on May 26, 1965 the son of Charley and Maryetta (Hildenbrand) Mueller. On April 13, 1996, he married Mary Hutchins. Marty enjoyed music and hunting. He was always working on projects around the house and he loved spending time with his family and his dog, Lily. Marty was a joker and loved to laugh. He was active in his church as a Deacon and represented on the school board. Marty’s favorite thing to say was, “Be Cool”.
Surviving are wife, Mary Mueller;
Daughters, Brittney (Takoma) Curtis and Brianna (Nicholas) Thompson;
Son, Mike Jones;
Granddaughter, Bryleigh;
Dad, Charley Mueller;
Brothers, Craig Mueller and Charles (Diana) Mueller;
And brother-in-law, Steve and many other beloved extended in-laws.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Maryetta Mueller and beloved dog, Lily.
