FROST, Anna Maria (Maryann), age 66, died peacefully in her sleep on September 12, 2024.
Maryann was born on December 31, 1957 in Flint, Michigan to Tom and Theoni Chiros. She attended and graduated from Grand Blanc High School.
The joy in her life was brought by her much-loved grandchildren, Mason, Reese and Dayne. Just the mere presence of these three brought her many smiles and happiness. She went to their basketball, volleyball and baseball games and was their greatest cheerleader. "Nana" was proud of them and their accomplishments. Birthdays were so special, shopping and eating, just the two of them.
Maryann loved her family unconditionally. Always there for whoever needed her. Fiercely loyal and protective of all her loved ones. She had a kind heart and was a great listener. Many of her friends would go to her for advice and she always patiently listened, and offered what help she could. We will miss her smile, comfort and words of wisdom, and oftimes her wicked sense of humor.
Maryann is survived by daughter, Kelly Redlich and husband Lance; grandchildren Mason, Reese and Dayne; brother Nick Chiros and wife Jeannie; sister Dena Altheide; Aunt Sophia Margaritis, many nieces and nephews, cousins and her special great nephew whom she adored, Heath.
Maryann was preceded in death by her parents, Tom and Theoni Chiros, Uncle George Margaritis and brother-in-law, Phillip Altheide, who nicknamed her Mouse at age 14.
Per Maryann's wishes, there will be no funeral services. She often spoke of her love and faith in Jesus Christ. She is there now, in heaven with him and mom and dad. Love you Mouse.
