KATTERJOHN, Carol Mae - Of Clio, age 81, died Friday, October 6, 2017 at her residence.

Funeral service will be held 1pm Thursday, October 12, 2017 at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road, Flint,

Reverend Joey Graves and Reverend Darrell Bailey officiating.

Burial in Sunset Hills Cemetery.

Contributions may be made to New Testament Community Church.

Visitation 2-8pm Wednesday and 11am Thursday until the time of the service at the funeral home.

Carol was born in Flint on September 17, 1936, and was a resident of Flint all of her life. On March 4, 2001, she married Robert Katterjohn. Carol retired from AC in 1987 was a member of UAW Local #651. She was also a member of New Testament Community Church and a charter member of Dort Federal Credit Union.

Surviving are husband, Robert;

children, Paul (Joy) Reeser of Grand Blanc, Robert (Kim) Reeser of Tennessee, Cathi (Timothy) Freeman of Flint, Lori (Kenneth) Baskette of Tennessee, Cindy (Steve) Duquette of Grand Blanc and Jan (Dave) Goodman of Flint;

22 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren;

brothers, Wray (Nancy) Russ of Flint and Donovan (Evelyn) Russ of Montana;

and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by brother, Robert Russ, sister, Betty Roberts, her first husband, Paul Reeser and second husband, Walter Holmes.
