LEMCOOL, Dallas W. – Of Grand Blanc, age 78, died Monday, March 11, 2019 at Crestmont HealthCare Center.
Funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, March 15, 2019 at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road, Pastor Dale Lewis and Pastor Bobby Price co-officiating.
Those desiring may make contributions to North Flushing Baptist Church, 7500 West Mt. Morris Road, Flushing, MI 48433.
Entombment at Crestwood Cemetery.
Visitation 2- 8 p.m. Thursday and 10 a.m. Friday until the time of the service at the funeral home. A Memorial Presentation by the Oddfellows will be held at 7 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
Dallas was born in Flint, Michigan on March 14, 1940.
On August 12, 2002 he married Beverley Dodds in Flushing, Michigan.
He was a member of Davison Oddfellows Vernor 400 Lapeer Encampment, North American Hunting Association and Road Runners.
He was a member of North Flushing Baptist Church.
Mr. Lemcool retired from General Motors Truck Assembly Truck & Bus, retiring after 36 years of service and was a member of UAW Local #598.
Surviving are wife, Beverley;
several grandchildren;
brother, Archie and wife Carolyn Lemcool of Howell;
2 sisters, Betty Morse of Byron and
Peggy Antione;
half-brother, Keith (Sue) Henderson of Grayling;
sister-in-law, Rozella J. Convis;
brother-in-law, Everett E. (Marilyn) Dodds;
many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father, Fay; mother, Ethel; son, Cliff; daughters, Sherrie Lemcool, Tina and Sandra Hernandez;
