RAY, Darrin Joe - Age 60, of Flint Township, died Sunday, July 12, 2020. Arrangements provided by Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Rd., Swartz Creek.There will be no public services and he will be taken to his favorite place Up North. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Old Newsboys. Darrin was born July 30, 1959 in Flint. He married Ann Czaplewski on July 15, 2005 in Burton. Darrin graduated from Flint Southwestern High School in 1977. He retired from GM (member of Local 598) Truck and Bus. Darrin loved sports, especially the Rams, Uof M and Jeff Gordon. He also enjoyed to hunt and fish.
Darrin is survived by wife, Ann; 5 stepchildren; 7 step-grandchildren; 5 step-great grandchildren; sister, Lora Ray; nephew, Orlan (Carlee) Ray and their 2 children; and his beloved dog Dusty. He was preceded in death by his father, Carlon (Zola) Ray; mother, Patricia (Wayne) Brandt; pets, Boonzo and Spot E. Tributes may be shared at www.sharpfuneralhomes.com
