PIGGOTT, Daisy E. – Of Grand Blanc, age 84, died Tuesday, October 14, 2014 at Genesys Regional Medical Center.
Funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, October 17, 2014 at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road, Pastor Gary Gearhart officiating.
Visitation 11 a.m. -2 p.m. and 4-8 p.m. Thursday and 11 a.m. Friday until the time of the service at the funeral home.
Burial in Crestwood Cemetery.
Daisy was born in Highland Park, Michigan on October 13, 1930, daughter of the late Reginald and Jean (Carter) Payne and was a resident of the Flint area most of her life.
On August 19, 1950 she married Arthur L. Piggott, Jr.
Daisy enjoyed sewing, crafts, stamp and card making.
Surviving are husband, Art;
three children, Sandy, Larry and David;
7 grandchildren;
11 great-grandchildren;
brother, Bob and wife Sue Payne;
sisters, Alma Michael, Barbara and husband Ralph Buys.
She was preceded in death by her brother, Leslie Payne and sister, Dorothy Mead.
