MILLER, Benedict A. – Of Fenton, age 80, died Monday, May 13, 2013 at his residence.
Funeral service will be held 11am Saturday, May 18, 2013 at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road, Flint.
Burial in Evergreen Cemetery.
Contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
Visitation 11am-2pm and 5-8pm Friday at the funeral home.
Benedict was born on March 14, 1933. On November 1, 1957, he married Frances DeRosier in Flint and she preceded him in death on May 19, 1996. Benedict was a Flint Fire Fighter and a member of I.A.F.F.
Surviving are daughters, Kimberly and husband Cliff Owens of Clarkston and Stephanie and husband John Hill of Fenton;
granddaughters, Lindsay Watson and husband Dave Reinwand of CO and Nikki and husband Jason Seitz of South Carolina;
great-grandsons, Talon and Kaden;
many nieces and nephews.
He was also preceded in death by his parents Alvin and Florence and brother, Al.
