BOLDT, Thomas Roy - Of Grand Blanc, age 70, died Thursday, November 17, 2016 at his residence.
A memorial service will be held 1 p.m. Sunday, December 4, 2016 at United Methodist Church of Swartz Creek, 7400 Miller Road, Swartz Creek, Dr. Gary R. Glanville officiating.
Cremation has taken place.
Contributions may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association.
Thomas was born in Washington, Michigan on November 25, 1945, the son of the late Clare and Lena Boldt. He grew up in Romeo and was a resident of Grand Blanc for the past 14 years. On January 1, 1998, Thomas married Diane Mann. He worked at Leaseway Motor Cars for 35 years, retiring in 2001. Thomas enjoyed golfing and fishing.
Surviving are wife, Diane Boldt;
children, Jeff (Rose) Boldt, Jennifer Boldt, Tammy (Tom) Gwillim, Joe (Liz) Whitson and Karey Dichtel;
14 grandchildren and one great-grandson;
brothers, Jim Boldt and Bob (Bev) Boldt;
sister, Joyce Smith.
