COMPTON, Rebecca L. – Of Fenton, age 61, died Saturday, July 11, 2015 at Genesys Regional Medical Center.
Funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, July 15, 2015 at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road, Father Steve Anderson officiating.
Burial in Flint Memorial Park.
Those desiring may make contributions to Fenton Adopt-A-Pet or charity of one's choice.
Visitation 11 a.m. – 2 p.m. and 5-8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
Rebecca was born in Flint, Michigan on November 3, 1953, daughter of Stanley and Shirley (Jobin) Eller.
On October 5, 1974 she married Mark Compton in Burton.
She enjoyed helping the ladies at Lockwood making greeting cards.
Rebecca retired from GM.
Surviving are husband, Mark;
brother, Mark and wife Dani Eller of Flint;
mother-in-law, Yvonne Compton of Burton;
sister-in-law, Cheryl and husband Ed Kocon of Tennessee;
brother-in-law, Bruce and wife Karen Compton of St. Helen
sister-in-law, Eileen Brown of Flint;
many nieces and nephews.
