Hetherington, Anthony W. - of Grand Blanc, age 45, died Tuesday, December 20, 2011 at Genesys Health Park. Friends may call at the O'Guinn Family Funeral Home in Clio on Thursday from 2-9 PM. Cremation will follow. Memorial contributions may be made to the family for a fund to be determined at a later date.
Anthony was born October 22, 1966 in Flint, Michigan to Lloyd and Judy (White) Hetherington. He was born and raised in Clio and lived in Genesee County his entire life. Tony graduated from Clio High School in 1984. He married Linda Packard on December 28, 1985. He was employed by General Motors and was a member of UAW Local 659. He enjoyed playing Dungeons and Dragons and video games.
Surviving are: wife: Linda; 4 children: Kayleigh Hetherington (Jon Gault) of Montrose, Stephanie Hetherington (Jeremiah Miller) of Grand Blanc, Sarah (Ryan) Miller of Mt. Morris and Alyssa Harrington of Grand Blanc. 2 grandchildren: Jenna Miller and Anthony James Hetherington. Parents: Lloyd and Judy Hetherington of Clio. Brother: Jim Hetherington of Clio.
