JONES, Neil D. - Age 82, of Flint, died July 31, 2015. Services will be held 1 PM Thursday, August 6, 2015 at St. Mark Lutheran Church, 5073 Daly Blvd., Flint. Those desiring may make contributions to the Food Bank of Eastern Michigan. Arrangements under the direction of Sharp Funeral Homes & Cremation Center, 6063 Fenton, Rd., Flint. Neil was born February 20, 1933 in Flint the son of Clair A. and Opal Tracy (Housser) Jones. He married Catherine I. Gutzman in Marquette on January 28, 1956. Neil was a Veteran of the U.S. Navy serving in the Korean War. He worked at Henry H. Stevens Moving and Storage retiring in 1990 and later worked at Kearsley Community Schools as a classroom aide. He is survived by his wife Catherine of Flint; children, Ronda (Robert) LeBrasseur of Burton, Brian (Darlene) Jones of VanVleck, TX; grandchildren, Jason, Nicole (Darrell), Christopher, Matthew (Whitney) and Katherine (Kody); great grandchildren, Hailey, Sophia, Teagan and Meredith; sister, Neva Latham of FL.
