TITHOF, William Lewis - Of Burton, age 83, died Tuesday, April 2,2019 at Crestmont Nursing Home.
Funeral Mass will be celebrated 11am Monday, April 8, 2019 at Holy Redeemer Catholic Church, 1227 East Bristol Road, Burton,
Father Steve Anderson officiating.
Burial in New Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
Contributions may be made to Medical Team Hospice or Holy Redeemer Catholic Church.
Visitation 2-8pm Sunday at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road, Flint. A Rosary will be prayed 7pm Sunday evening at the funeral home. Visitation 10am Monday at church until the time of the Mass.
William was born in Chesaning on August 23, 1935, the son of the late Cletus and Faith (Ruff) Tithof. On July 26, 1958, he married Barbara Hall in Oakley, Michigan William was employed with Buick Motor Division, retiring in 1983. He was a member of Holy Redeemer Catholic Church.
Surviving are wife, Barbara;
daughter, Tracy and husband Craig Longtine;
son, William B. Tithof;
grandchildren, Tara Kassion, Troy Kassion (Katilyn) and Paige Longtine, William R. and Justin Tithof;
great-granddaughter, Mia Rose Kassion;
sister, Joan Wrocklage; and brother, John Tithof.
He was preceded in death by his sister, Betty Smith and brother, Dallas Tithof.
