CHRISTINE P. JARUZEL, age 94 of Millington, went peaceably to be with her Lord on Saturday evening, June 6, 2015 at her residence. A funeral mass will be held at 11AM on Wednesday, June 10, 2015 at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church, with Rev. Fr. Steve officiating. Burial will follow in the Millington Township Cemetery. The family will receive visitors on Tuesday, June 9, 2015 from 12-8PM at the Mumford-Hudson Funeral Home, with a Rosary service at 4PM and a Vigil service at 7PM. There will also be visitation on Wednesday, June 10, 2015 from 10AM until service time at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church. Christine was born on May 18, 1921 to John and Frances (Koscielniak) Butka in Gaylord, MI. She married Mack Jaruzel on May 16, 1942 in Gaylord. They shared 63 wonderful years together and are now dancing together again. Christine lived a long and blessed life enjoying sewing, gardening, camping, fishing, dancing, and watching her family play sports and other activities. She leaves 11 children to share wonderful memories of their Mother: Jim Jaruzel, Jeri Jaruzel, David and Cindy (Gean) Jaruzel, Lorraine and Jim Martin, Wayne and Luanne (Petzold) Jaruzel, Bob and Sue (DeAnda) Jaruzel, Tom Jaruzel, Larry and Chris (Petzold) Jaruzel, Richard and Deb (Stroope) Jaruzel, Sandy and Randy Forsyth, and Sharon and Kevin Roggentine. She also leaves 45 grandchildren, 33 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild to cherish and share memories of their Grandma; several sisters-in-law; and many nieces and nephews. |
