McARTHUR, Rose Marie (Fletcher) – of Millington, MI, formerly of Flint, MI and Davison, MI, age 90, passed away Friday, July 26, 2019. Cremation has taken place. A Memorial Service will be held 12 PM Tuesday, September 3, 2019 at Allen Funeral Home, 9136 Davison Road, Davison, MI 48423. The family will receive visitors 11 AM-12 PM Tuesday, September 3, 2019 at Allen Funeral Home.
Rose was born on March 17, 1929 in Millington, MI, daughter of the late John and Rose (Rassberry) Fletcher. She married Ernest McArthur on July 23, 1949 and he preceded her in death on May 27, 1988. Rose was also preceded in death by her son, William McArthur in 2018.
Rose is survived by 2 daughters, Sharon (Dan) Williams and Joan (Nathan) Thomas; 10 grandchildren, Greg McArthur, Michael McArthur, Geoff McArthur, Heather McArthur, Shannan Thomas, Jason Williams, Anthony O’Brien, Nikkole O’Brien, Cydni Thomas and Nathan Thomas II; 14 great-grandchildren, Heaven, Eden and Faith Kannai, Denalli and Nayelli Will, Aryan Pace, Jordan and Jaxon McArthur, Morgan Anthony, Cullen Tyler, Lenora, Iyan, Brendin and Kaedyn McArthur; brother, Raymond Fletcher; many other loving family members and friends. She was preceded in death by her sisters, Mary Keech and Louise Douglas.
