Lee James Eschenweck
Age 73 of Montrose passed away on Sunday, October 23, 2016 at MagnumCare of Saginaw.
A Memorial luncheon will be held at 1:30pm on Saturday, October 29, 2016 at Masonic Lodge in Montrose.
Lee was born on March 3, 1943 to Charles L. and Violet M. (Sample) Eschenweck in Mecosta County. He graduated from Evart High School with the class of 1961. Lee married Karen Jean Stockwell on July 6, 1962; they celebrated 54 years of marriage this past July.
Lee worked for GM for many years, retiring in 1997. Throughout his life, he enjoyed being outdoors, hunting, and watching birds. He loved being with his family, especially his grandchildren.
Lee is survived by his wife, Karen; his children, Denise (Paul) Barnum of Grand Blanc, Lisa (Ron) Goddard of Montrose, Dennis (Amy) Eschenweck of Davison, and Joe (Wendy) Eschenweck of Otisville; his 14 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren; as well as many other loving family and friends.
He is predeceased by his parents and his brother, Lawrence.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to the family. |
