FRAVEL, Lori Lynn (Banyas) – of Flint, MI, age 49, passed away Sunday, August 2, 2020. Cremation has taken place. Due to Covid19 the family will have a memorial service at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to The Care Team Hospice, in Lori’s memory.
Lori was born in Flint, MI on April 30, 1971, daughter of Mark Banyas and Paula (Fuson) Tunney. She was a graduate of Davison High School Class of 1989. Lori married Charles “Chuck” Fravel on November 17, 2001. She loved spending time with her family and friends, especially bowling, playing cornhole, fishing, being outdoors, going camping and watching wildlife. Lori worked in the medical field for many years and was a natural caregiver, always helping those in need. She especially enjoyed hand feeding her dad’s dog, Tippie and taking all of the dogs for walks.
Lori is survived by her husband, Chuck; parents, Mark (Pamela) Banyas and Paula (Patrick) Tunney; 2 sisters, Kimberly (Mark) Smith and Mandy Banyas; step-daughter, Michele (Rob) Renner; 2 step-grandsons, Camden and Corbin; 2 step-sisters, Randi and Rhonda; 4 nephews, Taylor, Ellis, Evan and Gabriel; niece, Stella; great-nephew, Holden Smith; grandmother, Thelma Fuson; many other loving family members and dear friends. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Tom (Jean) Banyas and Evan Fuson; parents-in-law, Gary (Kay) Fravel and grandson, Hunter.
The family would like to give a sincere thank you to The Care Team Hospice for their compassionate and professional care of Lori and Father Andrew Czajkowski for his spiritual guidance.
