ICE, Rosemary (Arthur) – of Genesee, MI, age 94, passed away Saturday, September 30, 2017. Per Rosemary’s wishes, cremation has taken place. A Private Memorial Service will be held on a later date.
Rosemary was born in Flint, MI on September 15, 1923, daughter of the late Reginald and Minnie (Johns) Arthur. She married Fred J. Ice on August 21, 1943 and he preceded her in death on January 3, 2008. Rosemary was employed at the Russellville Ballroom for many years. She was also a member of the Genesee Lioness Club.
Rosemary is survived by her daughter, Candy (Ron) Burt; granddaughter, Wendy Burt; many other loving family members and friends. She was preceded in death by 4 siblings, Anna Mae, Althea, Francis and Reginald.
The family would like to extend a special thank you to all of her friends at Lockwood of Burton, to the nurses and staff of the Pines of Burton Memory Care Unit, Great Lakes Caring and Heart to Heart Hospice for their loving and professional care of Rosemary.
