KRUGER, Frances Marie – of Davison, age 90, passed away September 2, 2012 at her residence. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated 11:00 AM Thursday, September 6, 2012 at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, 404 N. Dayton St., Davison; Rev. Fr. Carl Simon celebrant. Burial will follow in Flint Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be 5-8 PM Wednesday at Allen Funeral Home, 9136 Davison Rd., Davison. There will be one hour of visitation prior to the Mass on Thursday at the church. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the St. John Building Fund.
Frances was born in Parsons, KS on August 29, 1922, daughter of the late Oliver and Marie (Jordan) Toler. She was a member of St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, VFW Auxiliary # 7435 in Hale, MI and Local # 651. Frances worked at AC Spark Plug in Production before retiring in 1974.
Frances is survived by her daughter, Judy (Gary) Springsteen of Davison; 10 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-granddaughter; sister-in-law, Lillian Toler; several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband Walter; son and daughter-in-law, Hale and Ione Trombley; grandchildren, Kevin, Jason and Chantel; step-daughter, Marilyn Thick; brother, Bud Toler; sisters, June Pratt and Geraldine Fay.
