KUEHLING, Max G. – of Flint, MI, age 79, passed away Thursday, March 30, 2017. A Funeral Service will be held 4 PM Tuesday, April 4, 2017 at Allen Funeral Home, 9136 Davison Rd., Davison, MI 48423. Cremation following. The family will receive visitors 6-8 PM Monday, April 3, 2017 and 12-4 PM Tuesday, April 4, 2017 at Allen Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family.
Max was born in Flint, MI on December 20, 1937, son of the late George and Mary Katherine (Weigandt) Kuehling. He was employed with the Flint Journal, retiring in 2004 after 44 years of service. Max loved attending car shows, sporting events and spending time with his family.
Max is survived by his daughter, Sue (John) Jaggers; 3 grandchildren, Katie Jaggers, Jason (Casey) Kuehling and Danielle Jaggers; 6 great-grandchildren; sister, Carol Stowe; dear friend, Linda Weeks; many other loving family members and friends. He was preceded in death by brother, Roger Kuehling.
