PASSMORE, ANDREA LYN – Of Gaines, age 58, died Friday, October 4, 2024 at U of M Hospital in Ann Arbor.
Funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, October 8, 2024 at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road, Pastor Dawn Russell officiating.
Cremation will take place following the service.
Visitation 11 a.m. Tuesday until the time of the service at the funeral home.
Andrea was born in Royal Oak, Michigan on March 31, 1966, the daughter of the late Lorne and Marie (Morse) Vaillancourt.
On May 25, 2008 she married Chris Passmore in Linden.
She was a member of Linden Presbyterian Church, where she served as a Deacon.
She volunteered in the Cancer Unit at U of M Ann Arbor.
She was a member of the Eagles in Durand.
Andrea enjoyed crocheting, reading, doing puzzles, shopping, attending church functions and loved volunteering.
Most of all, Andrea loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.
She worked in various roles at Dee Cramer for many years.
Surviving are her husband, Chris;
children, Bernard Rosebush, Jeanette and husband Joseph Hicks, Christopher Passmore, Samantha Passmore and (fiancé’ Ashley), Dustin Hochkins and girlfriend, Jessica, Mandy Passmore and boyfriend, D’Angelo and Natalie Hochkins;
grandchildren, Ethan, Caleb, Sieona, Harmony, Sophia, Myha, Avia, Zoey, James and Henry;
sisters, Teri and husband Chuck Dammon, Donna and husband Duane Elkins;
many nieces and nephews.
She was also preceded in death by her sister, Denise Vaillancourt and brother, Steve Vaillancourt.
