Irish, Margaret Louise “Peggy”- of Clio, age 74 was welcomed home by her Saviour on August 11, 2024.

Funeral services will be held 11AM on Friday, August 16, 2024, at the West Vienna United Methodist Church, 5485 W. Wilson Rd., in Clio. Pastor Carol Freeland officiating. Burial will follow at West Vienna Cemetery. Family and friends are welcome for visitation at the O’Guinn Family Funeral Home in Clio on Thursday, August 15, 2024, from 1PM until 7PM and at West Vienna UMC from 10AM until time of service.

Peggy was born October 9, 1949, in Lapeer, Michigan to John and Kathryn (Zimmerman) Krakker.

In 1971, she went on a blind date with who would turn out to be the love of her life - her man, Jack Irish. They married on November 4, 1972, in Clio, MI. In their 52 years of marriage, they raised four loving daughters. Peggy loved sewing and was employed as a heavy-duty sewing machine operator until her retirement. Peggy was a member of the West Vienna United Methodist Church, where she sang in the choir for many years. She enjoyed traveling, crafting, sewing, word search puzzles, reading, bowling, eating popcorn while watching the Detroit Red Wings, and playing her favorite games online. But most of all she loved spending time with her family.

Surviving are: husband, Jack, daughters, Tammy (Doug) Stehle, Pamela (Matt) Lynch, Danielle (Sam) Nisner, and Denise (Jeff) Severn. Grandchildren include: Floyd White, Brooklynn White, John Thompson, Samantha Lynch, Mandi Lynch, Tiffany (Zac) Cartier, Kathleen Payne, Alison Payne, Nick Nisner, Faith Nisner, Alex Nisner, Connor Mancour, Sophia Severn, Douglas (Tianna) Stehle and Alicia (Billy) Hoffman, Darren Stehle, Shannon (Shaun) Stehle. Great-grandchildren include: Adeline Cartier, Elaina Cartier, Floyd White, Camden Stehle, Ellie Losano, Gracie Stehle, Emalyn Stehle, Willow Pillow, and Evan Pillow. Siblings; John (Fran) Krakker, Pat (John) Hajec, Joanne (Gary) Keeler, Tony Krakker. Brothers-in-law; William Irish, Robert Irish, Sisters-in-law; Catherine Bennett, and Pat (Ray) George. Several nieces and nephews

Preceded in death by; her parents John and Katherine Krakker, Grandson Brandon Thompson, sisters-in-law Pat Irish, Geraldine Jackson and Belinda Krakker, brother-in-law, James Bennett.
