McQuigg, Sharon J., of Flushing, age 81, died Saturday, August 18, 2018. Cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be announced later. Mrs. McQuigg was born in Flint, Michigan, April 18, 1937 the daughter of Lawrence and Pearl Eddy Groulx. She married George McQuigg in Flint, September 29, 1955. Mrs. McQuigg had been employed by Buick Motor Division for 28 years and was the first woman paint supervisor for General Motors. She retired in 1980. She was a member of St. Mathews Catholic Church of Flint. Her favorite pastime was cooking and she liked swans, doilies and buttons. Survivng are husband; George McQuigg of Flushing, 2 sons; Larry and wife Carolyn McQuigg and KIevin McQuigg all of Flushing; 2 grandchildren, McKenzie and Garrett. |
