COLLINS Muriel M. - Of Grand Blanc, age 93, died Monday, January 30, 2017 at Abbey Park.
Per Muriel’s wishes, cremation has taken place and a private service will be held.
Those desiring may make contributions to the American Cancer Society.
Muriel was born in Flint on August 23, 1923, the daughter of the late John and Katie Meredith. On September 14, 1950, she married Leo Collins in Flint. Muriel enjoyed Pinnacle and Bingo.
Surviving are grandson, Kevin Collins, Jr.;
Great-granddaughter, Samantha Stasik;
2 great-great-granddaughters, Alexa and Sophia Stasik;
Special friend and caregiver, Jackie Hixenbaugh;
Daughters-in-law, Susie Padgett and Peggy Collins.
She was preceded in death by husband, Leo, sons, Meredith “Mike” Collins and Kevin Collins Sr.
The family would like to extend a special thank you to Carol and Kathy for all the care they gave to Muriel. Dr. Amy Daros, The Medical Team and the staff and friends at Abbey Park for her care.
