Earl Boivin, age 90 of Interlachen, FL passed away on Wednesday, August 7, 2019 at Tranquility Estates in Grand Blanc Twp, MI. Earl was born February 22, 1929 in St. Charles, Michigan, the son of Earl and Mary (Rolando) Boivin. Earl grew up in Mt. Morris and graduated from Mt. Morris High School in 1947. Earl was in law enforcement for 15 years before he went to work for General Motors as the plant security. In 1948 he married Betty Parks, she preceded him in death in 1980. Earl married Susan Donoho in 1981, she preceded him in death in 1992. and in 1994 he married Marjorie Thomas, she preceded him in death in 2016.
Earl loved being in law enforcement. He enjoyed fishing, boating, camping, and golfing.
Earl is survived by his daughter, Jean (Ted) Dziduch of Grand Blanc; sister, Beverly (James Mitchell) Keller; daughter-in-law, Jacque Boivin; 4 step-children; grandchildren, Jodi Lynn Hartzog, Daniel Allen (Roxann) Dziduch, Japheth Boivin and Cheyenne Dawn (Sean) Nugent; great-grandchildren, Jack Hartzog, Justin Hartzog, Addison Dziduch and Briella Dziduch; and many nieces, nephews.
Earl was preceded in death by his parents, son Earl Henry Boivin Jr “Skip”, his daughter Susan (Boivin) Dziduch, grandson Lee Dziduch, and son-in-law Dan Dziduch,
Memorials may be made to the family.
There will be a Memorial Service at a later date.
