BOND, Michael T. - of Flint, MI, age 64, passed away Thursday, May 30, 2019 at his residence. A Funeral Service will be held 11 AM Monday, June 3, 2019 at Allen Funeral Home, 9136 Davison Rd., Davison; Pastor Shane Bengry officiating. Burial with Military Honors will be in Flint Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be 1-8 PM Sunday and 10-11 AM Monday. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
Michael was born in Flint, MI on June 9, 1954, son of the late Thomas and Christine (Miller) Bond. He married Peggy Seger in 1988. Michael retired from Delphi after 30 years of service. He was a member of the Lapeer H.O.G. Chapter, Harley Owners Group # 2286 and enjoyed playing basketball with his grandchildren.
Michael is survived by his wife of 30 years, Peggy; children, Michael (Heather) Bond, Jr., Mandy Willetts, Justin (Karrie) Bond; step-daughter, Jennifer (Eric) Barden; many grandchildren; siblings, David Bond, Tammy (Jack) Bigelow, Tina (Dallas) Carll, Crickey (Robbie) Downing, Lori (John) Coakley; step-sister, Kathy Knight. In addition to his parents, Thomas and Christine Bond, he was preceded in death by his brothers, Timothy Newcombe, James Bond and Tommy Bond, Jr.
