GAGE, Douglas B. – Of Flint, age 78, died Friday, October 19, 2012
at his residence.
Funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, October 23, 2012 at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road, Father Jay Gantz officiating.
Cremation will take place following the service.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Old News Boys.
Visitation 1-8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
Doug was born in Flint, Michigan on January 12, 1934.
Doug worked at Chevrolet Manufacturing, retiring after 30 years.
Surviving are wife, Donna of 58 years;
sons, Bruce (Elizabeth),
Randy and
Matt (Amy);
6 grandchildren, Shawn, Kelly, Joshua, Jessica, Rachel and Jason;
10 great-grandchildren;
sisters, Diane (Bruce) Tite and Mary Ann (James) Lyntz.
