HETCEL, Sharon Joyce - Age 77, of Linden, died July 2, 2020. Services will be held at a later date at Great Lakes National Cemetery. Those desiring may make contributions to Adopt-A-Pet of Fenton. Sharon was born December 22, 1942 in Flint, the daughter of James and Doris Mildred (McLaughlin) Barrett. She was married to Richard Hetcel on June 2, 1960 in Flint; he preceded her in death on July 19, 2019. Mrs. Hetcel retired from McLaren Hospital in 2008. She loved gardening and butterflies. She collected depression glassware. She is survived by her son, Richard (Dina) Hetcel Jr.; daughter, Tracy Springer; nine grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren and one on the way; brother, Robert (Joyce) Barrett; sister, Ruth Ann Young.
