SIZEMORE, Patricia – Of Flint Township, age 89, died Tuesday, October 29, 2024 at Swank Assisted Living.
Funeral service will be held 12pm Saturday, November 2, 2024 at the Swartz Funeral Home 1225 West Hill Road, Flint,
Pastor Daniel Blankenship officiating.
Burial in Sunset Hills Cemetery.
Visitation 11am Saturday until the time of the service at the funeral home.
Patricia was born in Big Rock, Virginia on August 23, 1935, the daughter of the late Perry and Lucy (Wagner) Slone. She was a member of West Flint Church of God. Patricia loved her beautiful home and the flower garden she planted. She expressed her love for Christ by sharing her faith and praying for those in need. Patricia also loved writing her own poems.
Surviving are son, Ronnie and wife Joanne Sizemore;
grandchildren, Rebecca (Bobby), Kori, Hui, Steven (Ashley);
great-grandchildren, Ciera (Drew), Brandon (Logan), Stacia, Kaden, Aiden, Ashlynn, Landen and Blayze;
great-great-grandchildren, Adalynn, Granger, Eden and Wren;
several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Rev. John H. Sizemore; little son, Randie Sizemore; our beloved pet, Bengie; parents, Perry and Lucy Wagner-Slone, sisters, Alta Charles of Big Rock, VA, Gladys Coleman of Big Rock, VA, Helen Hayes of Grundy, VA, Genavie Sword of Big Rock, VA and Hazel Moles of Madison, OH, brothers, Judas Slone of Lebanon, VA, Perry Ellis Slone of Lebanon, VA and Bobby Slone of Big Rock, VA.
