GOULD, Carolyn Joyce - Of Flint, age 82, died Friday, June 29, 2012 at her residence. Per her wishes, cremation has taken place, and a private family burial will take place at Sunset Hills Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association. Carolyn was born in Flint, Michigan on August 6, 1929, the daughter of the late Frank and Carrie (Sheppard) Ivey. She married Dale Gould in August of 1947 and he preceded her in death in March of 1980. She was a member of Central United Methodist Church. Mrs. Gould was employed by Ainsworth High School as a book clerk for 22 years, retiring in 1993. She loved her family and pets and she will be greatly missed. Surviving are three sons, Michael and wife Sharon, Thomas and wife Elizabeth and Daniel and wife Barbara; one daughter, Karen and partner, Jen; many grand and great-grandchildren; niece, Margaret Duchene.
