LEHR, Eugene Duane – of Clio, age 49, died Friday, August 28, 2020 at his residence. A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, September 5, 2020 at 2:00 PM at the family farm. The family will receive visitors from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the farm. Memorial contributions can be made to the American Liver Foundation.
Eugene was born October 1, 1970 in Flint, Michigan to James and Yuge (Yu) Lehr. He grew up in Clio, Michigan and graduated from Clio High School with the class of 1988. Eugene owned and operated his families 3rd generation farm. He enjoyed riding motorcycles, jet skis, and snowmobiles. Eugene liked to host parties on his property and was always the life of the party. He never met a stranger and was very proud of being a father, grandfather and his heritage. Eugene had a tender heart and a unique sense of humor. He also liked to fish and be outdoors.
Surviving are; Children, Caitlyn (Chris) Rolison, Mason (Michelle Carr) Lehr, Cierra (Adam Smith) Lehr; Grandchildren, Layla Lehr and granddaughter on the way Lena Rolison; Parents, James and Yuge Lehr; Sister, Suzanne (Robert Swales) Lehr; Nephew, Robert (Sara Koerner) Swales III; Niece, Alyson Lehr; Girlfriend, Margaret Baker; several friends and extended family.
