Flint Park Blvd., with funeral service commencing at 11 a.m. Pastor Eddie Collins officiating. Family and friends will assemble at the funeral home 10 a.m. Monday. Mr. Collins will lie in state in the Chapel of Lawrence E. Moon Funeral Home, and may be viewed from 10 a.m.-6 p.m. Sunday. |
