MANDOCK, John Roy –age 84, died Tuesday, November 18, 2014 at his residence. John was born October 24, 1930 to Mike and Frances (Myers) Mandock. He served his country in the United States Army. John was active in sports in the Flint area for many years. He loved to hunt, fish, and being in the outdoors. He competed in the Ausable Canoe Marathon many times. Surviving are sons, Terry (Theresa Sarhan) Mandock and John Mandock; 7 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; sisters, Shirley Moore and Beverly Delany; and several nieces and nephews. John was preceded in death by his wife Carol in 2007; son Jerry; and brother Robert E. Mandock. Online condolences may be shared with the family at www.brownfh.com.
