PRATT, Rosella “Maxine” – of Davison, age 90, passed away February 3, 2017 surrounded by her loving family. Cremation has taken place. A Memorial Service will be held 1 PM Saturday, February 11, 2017 at Allen Funeral Home, 9136 Davison Rd., Davison; Rev. Steve Ellis officiating. Private inurnment in Davison Cemetery at a later date. The family will welcome visitors from 11 AM until the time of the service on Saturday. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Outreach East in Davison.
Maxine was born in Chicago, IL on October 8, 1926, daughter of the late Lewis and Rosella (Norton) Cluchey. She married Clinton Pratt on August 14, 1946 and he preceded her in death on September 28, 1983. Maxine loved working in her rose garden, playing bingo and cards. Most of all, spending time with her family and friends. Maxine worked as a bookkeeper for GISD before retiring in 2008.
Maxine is survived by her sons, Mike Pratt, Rex Pratt and Mark (Jerrilyn) Pratt; grandchildren, Christy, Tami, Toby, Christopher, Andrew and Emily. The family wishes to thank the staff at Burger King, Marathon Gas Station, Davison Fire Hall and John’s Pizzeria for watching over Mom and taking such good care of her. They also want to thank her hairdresser, Margaret and the many others that showed care and kindness.
