Boldt, Sandra V. of Flushing, age 83, died Tuesday, September 18, 2018, at McLaren-Flint. Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Friday, September 21, 2018, at Rossell Funeral Home. Pastor Jim Nelson will officiate. Burial will follow at Sunset Hills Cemetery. Visitation will be 2-8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. If desired, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society or the Humane Society of Genesee County.
Sandra was born in Flint, Michigan on July 30, 1935, the daughter of Vernon and Thelma (Brown) Clutts. She married William Boldt on May 21, 1968, in Highland, Michigan. He preceded her in death on October 27, 1996. Sandra worked as a Registered Nurse at Hurley Medical Center and for Dr. Mallon, Oral Surgeon. She was a member of the Flushing Senior Center where she participated in the Follies. Sandra was also a member of the Flint Elk’s Club, Post 222, Doe’s. Sandra enjoyed dancing.
She is survived by her sons, Michael and wife Becky Boldt, Jason and wife Holli Boldt; five step-children; grandchildren, Austin, Ty-Nelson, Brenna; many step-grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and sister-in-law, Margaret Clutts. Sandra was also preceded in death by her parents and brother, Thomas Clutts.
