KRUPA, Patricia Louise – age 91 of Flint, MI passed away on Friday, May 19, 2017 at Hurley Regional Medical Center. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 23, 2017 from 4PM-8PM. A Rosary will be prayed at 7PM. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11AM on Wednesday, May 24, 2017 at St. John Vianney Catholic Church – 2415 Bagley St. Flint, MI with one hour of visitation prior to the service. Father Thomas Firestone celebrant. Burial will take place at New Calvary Catholic Cemetery. Patricia was born on May 24, 1925 in Flint, MI to the late Joseph E. and Agnes M. (Coulas) Brisson. She was a graduate of Flint Central High School – Class of 1943. She married Ziggy Krupa on July 10, 1948 at St. John Vianney Catholic Church in Flint. She was a member of St. Agnes Catholic Church for over 50 years. Patricia was also a member of the PLAV Women’s Auxiliary. She had worked for Kroger for 10 years. Patricia was also an avid reader and a wonderful cook. She loved her family dearly and was an amazing mother and grandmother. Surviving are her children, Robert (Pia) Krupa, Steve Krupa, David (Patty) Krupa, Gary Krupa, Mary (Mike) Cunningham, and John Krupa; daughter-in-law, Linda Krupa; 7 grandchildren, and 1 great-grandchild. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ziggy Krupa in 2004; sons, Michael and Jerry; daughter, Kathy; and grandson, Christopher. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made the Alzheimer’s Association or a Charity of One’s Choice. Online condolences may be shared with the family online at www.brownfh.com. |
