RUCKER, Karen - Of Grand Blanc, age 72, died Saturday, January 26, 2019 at Ascension Genesys Hospital.
Funeral Mass will be held 10am Saturday, February 2, 2019 at Holy Redeemer Catholic Church, 1227 East Bristol Road, Burton,
Father Steve Anderson officiating.
Burial in Sunset Hills Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Humane Society of Genesee County.
Visitation 5-8pm Thursday and 11am-3pm and 5-8pm Friday at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road, Flint. Visitation 9:30am Saturday at church until the time of the Mass.
Karen was born in Flint on October 17, 1946, the daughter of Ralph and Joyce (Willette) Mobilio. Karen enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and shopping with her mother. She was a member of Holy Redeemer Catholic Church.
Surviving are husband, William;
daughters, Renae Jewell and husband Dwayne and Stacie and husband Larry Tadajewski;
mother, Joyce Mobilio;
grandchildren, Haley, Noah, Madison, Morgan, Megan;
sister, Cheryl and husband Lou Cantin;
brother, Ralph and wife Dawn Mobilio;
and close friends, Prude and Bob and Barry and Alyce and many others.
She was preceded in death by her father, Ralph J. Mobilio, grandmother, Doris Boal and father-in-law and mother-in-law, Charles and Mildred Rucker.
