MOORE, Harold A. “Boots” – Of Grand Blanc, age 86, died Monday, April 8, 2013 at Homewood Village.
Memorial Service will be held 2 p.m. Saturday, April 13, 2013 at the
Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road,
Cremation has taken place.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
Visitation 1 p.m. Saturday until the time of the service at the funeral home.
Mr. Moore was born in Bay City, Michigan on July 4, 1926 and was a resident of Burton and Grand Blanc all of his life.
He served in the U.S. Navy during World War II and was a member of VFW Post 2777.
Mr. Moore retired from F.J. Boutell Trucking, where he worked as a mechanic.
Surviving are his brother, Edward;
sister-in-law, Mary Moore;
many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Edward and Rhea; brother, Kenneth Moore; sister, Gloria Ann Moore and sister-in-law, Juanita Moore.
