TAYLOR, Eugene – of Davison, MI, age 81, passed away Friday, September 7, 2018. A Funeral Service will be held 1 PM Monday, September 10, 2018 at Allen Funeral Home, 9136 Davison Road, Davison, MI 48423; Pastor Tom Mattiuzzo officiating. Interment immediately following the service in Davison Cemetery. The family will receive visitors 1-5 PM Sunday, September 9, 2018 and 12-1 PM Monday, September 10, 2018 at Allen Funeral Home.
Eugene was born in Alto, GA on November 24, 1936, son of the late J.R. and Bertha (Standridge) Taylor. He retired from General Motors. Eugene married Melba White and they enjoyed 33 years of marriage until her passing on July 28, 2015. He was a member of Deliverance Tabernacle.
Eugene is survived by 3 children, Brenda (Jim) Roe, Michael (Sandra) Taylor and Ron (Melissa) Taylor; step-son, Delbert (Linda) Mitchell; beloved granddaughter, Jordan Taylor; 4 siblings, Jesse (Dellarie) Taylor, Edward (Pat) Taylor, Gerald (Lane) Taylor and Janie Taylor; dear friends, Dick and Loretta; many other loving family members and friends.
