Dorothy P. Smith, 82 of Merrill, passed away peacefully at home on Sunday, March 10, 2019. She was born on May 17, 1936 is Saginaw to Florence (Vineski) and Albert Endres. Dorothy enjoyed gardening and was an accomplished knitter and quilter. She worked for Saginaw Township Community Schools and Harrah’s Entertainment in Reno and Lake Tahoe. Dorothy is survived by her daughters Lee (Jeff) Wilson of Reno, Nevada, and Kelly Smith of Alnmouth, England; her son, Timothy (Anne) Smith of Kawkawlin; her partner DC Doyle; five grandchildren; two great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her son Bradley; sister Viola Ross; brother Albert Endres, Jr. The family would like to thank Homewatch CareGivers of Freeland and Americans Hospice Care.
