HILGENDORF, Roger Allen – of Millington, age 65, passed away January 25, 2012 at his residence. Cremation has taken place. A gathering time for sharing memories will be 3 p.m. Sunday, January 29, 2012 at Allen Funeral Home, 9136 Davison Rd., Davison. Roger’s family will welcome visitors beginning at 1 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the charity of one’s choice.
Roger was born in Flint, MI on February 10, 1946, son of the late Walter and Helen (Hayes) Hilgendorf. He married Patricia Stout on April 26, 1975. Roger was an avid bowler. He loved hunting, gardening and being outdoors.
Roger is survived by his wife, Patricia; children, Paget Spencer, Chad (Kelly) Hilgendorf and Bret Hilgendorf; grandchildren, Anthony, Andrew, Austin, Keegan, Alayna and Hadlee; sister, Patricia (Hugh) Greene; sisters-in-law, Janet Hilgendorf and Marilyn Hilgendorf; many nieces and nephews; good friend, Ned. He was preceded in death by his brothers, Marvin and Donald ‘Pete’.
