FEEMAN, Johnnie Mac – Of Beaverton, formerly of Swartz Creek, age 68, died Sunday, June 30, 2013 at his home, surrounded by his loving family.
Funeral service will be held at 12 Noon Wednesday, July 3, 2013 at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road, Pastor Steve Wood officiating.
Burial at Great Lakes National Cemetery will take place at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society or National Kidney Foundation of Michigan.
Visitation 5-8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
Johnnie was born in San Angelo, Texas on August 11, 1944, the son of Carl and the late Tommie Jo (Handlin) and was a resident of Beaverton.
He married Margaret "Marty", the love of his life on April 16, 1977. He was a Veteran of the United States Air Force.
He dedicated his time to Swartz Creek Youth Athletics for many years.
Mr. Feeman was employed by Riggers Local #575 and Iron Workers Local #25 for over 40 years.
Surviving are wife, Margaret "Marty";
children, Danny (Jennifer) Olsen, Bobby (Sandy) Olsen, Joan (Bill) Harchick and Carl (Brook) Feeman;
grandchildren, Nina (Mike), Robby (Nicole), Nicklas, Billy (Angie), Kayce (Kirk), Lindsey, Daniel, Ryanne, Adrian, Gavin, Teagyn and Madix;
great-grandchildren, Ethan and Shelby;
father, Carl (Nancy);
sisters and brother, Cindy, Louann, Gina and Eddie.
He was preceded in death by his mother and brother, Peter.
