YAMBRICK (TANNENBAUM), Catherine A. – Of Davison, formerly of Flint, age 68, Wednesday, August 2, 2017 at McLaren-Flint.
Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Monday, August 7, 2017 at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, 404 North Dayton Street,
Davison, Father Andrew A. Czajkowski officiating.
Burial in New Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
Visitation 2-8 p.m. Sunday at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road.
Catherine will be at the church from 10 a.m. Monday until the time of the Mass.
Catherine was born in Flint, Michigan on November 17, 1948, the daughter of the late Chester and Edna (Clark) Shaver.
She graduated from St. Matthew’s Catholic School and Flint Junior College and belonged to a Sorority.
She was a member of St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church in Davison.
Catherine loved spending time with her grandchildren.
She was an amazing woman, wife, mother, sister, aunt, grandmother, great-grandmother and great friend. She was the strongest, loving person her family could ask for. She will be missed every day.
Surviving are husband of over 30 years, Henry;
daughter, Amy Yambrick and fiance’ Kenneth Laatz and
son, Joe Yambrick;
grandchildren, Brittany, Logan, Teagan and Samuel;
great-granddaughter, Lilah;
sisters, Martha and Mary Shaver;
brother, Gerald Shaver;
many nieces, nephews and friends.
She was preceded in death by her sister, Karen Jamison.
