DESONIA, Mary J. “Babe” - Of Flint, age 95, died Wednesday, August 14, 2019 at Argentine Care Center.
Funeral service will be held 12 Noon Saturday, August 17, 2019 at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road, Flint,
Pastor Gary Loudermilk officiating.
Burial in Flint Memorial Park.
Visitation 10am Saturday until the time of the service at the funeral home.
Mary was born in Princeton, Minnesota on February 2, 1924. In April 1944, she married William DeSonia in Flint.
She enjoyed knitting, crocheting, bingo and playing cards.
Surviving are sons, Richard and wife Donna of Linden,
William and wife Jill of Davison;
8 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren and 4 great-great-grandchildren;
brother, Gilbert and wife JoAnn Egge of DeCorah, Iowa;
She was preceded in death by her husband, William on May 27, 2005, daughter, Betty and sisters, Rosetta and Bea.
