June was born January 10, 1938 in Flint, the daughter of William C. and Bertha L. (Knispel) Gillam. She was a Teacher for 32 years at The Michigan School for the Deaf in Flint. June enjoyed crocheting and especially loved spending time at the lake at Holiday Shores.
June is survived by: her friend and "sister", Barbara Gardner; nephew, Rod Gardner; good friends, Joyce Hennon, and Linda Ishimel.
