WILLIAMSON, David Lee – of Mt. Morris, age 77, died Sunday, February 2, 2020 at his residence. Honoring David’s wishes cremation has taken place and no services will be held. Memorial contributions can be made to the family for future designation.
David was born December 15, 1942 in Flint, Michigan to the late Leon Williamson and Donna (Princing) Van De Bunt. He grew up in the Durand and Vernon, Michigan area and graduated from Mt. Morris High School with the class of 1962. On December 8, 1962 he married Roberta Ann Reid in Mt. Morris, Michigan. Prior to his retirement in 2000, David worked for GM at the Buick Plant with 35 years of service. He was a member of the Auto City Eagles Aerie # 3485. David enjoyed bowling and spending time with his family.
Surviving are: Wife, Roberta Williamson; Son, Richard Williamson; Sister, Sue Roth; Sister in law, Jeanne Aumagher; Brother in laws, Jim Reid, John Reid; several nieces, nephews and cousins. He was preceded in death by his Parents; Son, Scott Williamson; Sister, Carol Lavigne; Step-Father, John Van De Bunt; Step-Mother, Emma Williamson; Father and Mother in law, James and Ida Reid; Brother in laws, Stu Aumagher, Leslie Roth, Garth Lavigne.
